What problems did you have teaching parents to use computer?

Im trying to teach them how to use a computer, mainly how to look for information and use their email. What problems did you have teaching them and how did you overcome it?

haha. easy does it. i showed my mom how to use facebook and now she is a junkee. i showed her to use email, now i get chain letters from her all the time. she still cant use google worth a damn though. my gran i taught to use all kinds of stuff, like wifi and bluetooth eatr peices. just go slow and listen to their questions, but dont show em too much! lolz
