What are some strategies to lose weight over the summer?
I Have a treadmill and home gym and weigh 220 . I need strategies that dont put me in a rough diet,but i am however willing to work hard every day.
It’s real simple. You have to burn more calories than you take in. Exercise, exercise, exercise. It’s summer. Go outside. Walk, bike, play ball. And the great thing is an exercised muscle burns more calories than a non-exercised muscle. So once you start, your muscles will burn more calories while you are just sitting than if you had never exercised them.

Use the treadmill every day for 45 minutes and do a complete weight circuit on alternate days. You won’t have to diet much if you work out a bunch. Just make smarter choices like grilled instead of fried and don’t overeat and you will take it all off. On the treadmill it also helps to do interval training like if you can’t run the whole time, run for 5 minutes then walk for one, run for 3 then walk for 30 seconds.
