I need help with professional development goals for teachers?

Anyone have any ideas? I have a meeting with a boss and need help with 2 goals for professional development.

Anything with parental communication is good: How to give better parent/teacher conferences, engaging parents in student activities, etc.

Technology is also good: Maybe you want to do more online (webquests) or maybe develop a class website (esp. so parents can access homework) or even help keep grades accessible every day.
