What are your thoughts about teachers putting hidden cameras in the classroom?
Teachers usually use them to gather evidence about serious troublemakers in the classroom. Could video be a protective tool for new teachers? I really need your feedback! Are there any teachers out there that have tried or currently utilize this practice?
A regular video camera in view of the entire class and focused on them does not stop them from wayward behavior. There’s no need for secrecy. Good luck!
I’m currently at uni becoming a teacher and this seems like a bad idea. The only way I can see it work if you inform the school, the students and the students parents on what you plan to do. Otherwise I think you will be met with a lot of trouble.
