How would your classroom management plan reflect accountability, responsibility, and character development?

Classroom management would be for kindergarten, first, or second grade. I am just trying to get some ideas.
Can anyone help me?

Of course the management /responsibility of classroom reflect the personality and character development. The classroom is a place where u have to be copmpetent to control or regulate children in such a manner that the children should be well behaved and in a good manner.
